The room was well-equipped & amazing, came with very comfortable bed and whirlpool, for example. The personnel was pleasant and amiable. Also, location was marvellous, relatively near Paseo Montejo. The hotel was in a lovely area.

The restaurant was affordable for breakfast, I tried tasty dishes. Everything was very good and the staff was amazingly nice. The location was marvellous and incredible - a short walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

Some of the staff were not very helpful.

We spent 5 nights in queen room with whirlpool. The atmosphere created was quiet. Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Paseo Montejo. Furthermore, very close to downtown.

By and large, it was welcome base for sightseeing in Merida, had much fun and met helpful staff specially the bellboys and security personnel. The restaurant here was affordable for breakfast, we both ordered delicious dishes.

We had a fantastic view of the main boulevard from our room at Hotel Victoria. The location was perfect, with lots of monuments, restaurants, and shops nearby. The lobby had a beautiful Victorian feel, and the rooftop view was great for taking photos. Plus, on Sundays, the main street was closed to traffic, creating a lovely atmosphere for strolling and enjoying the street vendors. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and charming ambiance.

Breakfasts were excellent.

Everything was simply really good. We had a very nice stay, the hotel was WONDERFUL, exceptionally clean, with magnificent location in lovely area. Location: the venue was next to the center of Merida, a delicious, and most beautiful avenue in Merida. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake. The staff were all exceptionally nice.

I was given amazing and wonderful room with very comfortable bed and all the necessary comforts, for instance. Coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator worked well.

Loved the proximity to popular attractions and amenities. The hotel was conveniently located near key tourist spots and shops, making it easy for me to explore the area and grab any essentials I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality made me feel welcomed and at home.

The noise level was quite high, especially during the night. I could hear noise from the streets and neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Great location, helpful staff, clean rooms, efficient taxi service, good restaurant, comfortable beds.

Couldn't stay longer.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. the prices were incredibly reasonable, making it great value for money. Secondly, the staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met. And finally, the hotel's location on the main street provided easy access to all the attractions and restaurants in the area. The room was also equipped with a comfortable bed and a whirlpool, perfect for relaxation. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included was a nice added bonus.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic. I couldn't find anything to complain about.

This hotel has excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and provides great service. The location, although a bit far from the center, is on a beautiful but noisy avenue, making it easy to explore. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds, including a whirlpool. And to top it all off, breakfast is included!

Language barrier could be improved.

I loved staying at this hotel. It was located on a beautiful avenue, surrounded by trees which made it feel like a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the rooftop view which was perfect for taking photos. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of food to choose from.

Can’t fault the property in any way.
